They apply to profiles, posts, comments, polls, reports and any other member contribution whenever community publishing is enabled.
2. Child sexual abuse and exploitation
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including material, grooming, sexualisation or facilitation. It is removed immediately when detected, only the minimum required evidence is preserved, and competent authorities or reporting bodies are notified when law requires. Never download, forward or investigate it yourself: report it through the safe channel.
3. Safety, harassment and hate
Threats, promotion of violence, harassment, humiliation, stalking, hate against protected groups, harmful impersonation, non-consensual sexual content and instructions that create a real safety risk are not allowed.
4. Privacy and personal data
Do not post addresses, contact details, identity documents, credentials, payment data, bookings, health data, intimate imagery or another person's data without a valid basis and permission. Never expose a client's private location or service history.
5. Authenticity and deceptive practices
Do not manipulate identities, reviews, metrics, giveaways, availability or prices. Abusive automation, spam, fraud, phishing and deceptive synthetic content are prohibited. Clearly label materially relevant synthetic content where appropriate.
6. Copyright and image rights
Share only material you may use. Respect authorship, trade marks, image rights, music and permission from every identifiable person. Rights notices are reviewed with evidence and an opportunity to respond where legally appropriate.
7. Commercial content and services
Do not offer payments, bookings, training, employment, regulated products or services outside approved flows. After Hours points have no monetary value and cannot be sold, wagered or redeemed.
8. Report, block and get help
Post and profile reporting and blocking are available whenever publishing is active. Support encrypts submitted detail. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services first; the app is not an emergency service.
9. Moderation, action and appeal
Actions may include limiting reach, removing content, restricting publishing, suspending or closing an account, and preserving minimum evidence. Context, severity, repetition and risk are considered. Affected users receive moderation status and an appeal path; a different reviewer handles the appeal where the operating model permits.
10. Emergencies, authorities, contact and version
