Open the secure flow
In the app, go to Profile → Delete account, or use the secure button on this page.
Verify your identity
Sign in and complete a recent authenticator check. If it is not configured yet, the flow guides you through enrolment.
Review and submit
Confirm the scope and submit the request. The same protected screen then shows its status without creating duplicate jobs.

Limited retention
Some booking, payment, security or dispute records may require separate, limited retention. They do not remain an active social profile; the applicable basis and periods are explained in the approved Privacy Policy.
Status and idempotency
If a request already exists, the secure flow shows its status. Repeating the same verified request does not create a second deletion in parallel.
